The Firm is headed by CS A.P.SOJ, Bachelor of COMMERCE (B.Com) and LAW (LL.B) and FELLOW MEMBER (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having independent practice as Company Secretary for last more than Twenty Five years, having prior working experience in private sector industry / group of companies for Fifteen years and prior to that with initial working experience in MCA/Registrar of Companies for 5 years in administration of Companies Act at senior level.
