We, as a practicing member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, provide complete range of Company Secretarial Services mainly relating to the Company Law and other Corporate Laws, the Rules and Regulations framed there under depending up on the needs and requirements of the corporate clients.

The Firm is headed by CS A.P.SOJ, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and LAW (LL.B) and Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having independent practice as Company Secretary for last more than Twenty Five years, having prior working experience in private sector industry / group of companies for Fifteen years and prior to that with initial working experience in MCA/Registrar of Companies for 5 years in administration of Companies Act at senior level.

Office Establishment is well supported by trained staff and with association and co-ordination with other professionals like Chartered Accounts, Cost Accountants, and Advocates & Solicitors etc.
